Negative: Apartment 5304 was in an aged condition with significant wear and tear, requiring major renovation and complete replacement of furniture. They need to invest in hygiene and be more generous with supplies

Apartment well situated in downtown Positive: Downtown locations close to all restaurants and cafes and dubai mall. Basement parking was great to have. The property assistant Muhmad was very helpful and available all the time for any issues we had. Negative: The bunk bed room didn’t have a door making it hard for the kids to sleep since they could hear the tv and light from the sitting room. The AC for the sitting room and bunk bed room are one, the 2nd master room and the twin bed room also share the same AC hence both rooms have to agree to the same temperature which can be a problem. Would be better to place a small bin in each room and soap holder in the showers.
